The British Stand Up Paddle Association (BSUPA) is the British home of the World’s fastest growing water sport - Stand Up Paddle Surfing.
BSUPA is an unbiased, open source of information for all things SUP for Great Britain and the Channel Islands.
Established in September 2007, BSUPA is a not-for-profit organisation and offers its' Members:
- Worldwide Third Party Liability surfing insurance cover, up to £5 million – well worth having, in our increasingly busy line-ups.
- Entry to the BSUPA series of SUP competitions throughout the year. These will constitute the official British SUP Tour.
- A Membership pack, including:
• BSUPA T-Shirt,
• Car Sticker
• Membership Card
• Monthly "Big Strokes" E-zine
The BSUPA website (www.bsupa.org) also offers an ever-growing resource of information on how to get started with SUP Surfing – tips on fitness,
training, techniques, nutrition – plus a directory of all the SUP equipment retailers and schools in Britain and the Channel Isles.
BSUPA strongly encourages Stand up Paddlers to submit their own product reviews - on the BSUPA Forum - so that together, we can grow the
collective knowledge-base of Stand up Paddlers in this country!
