Delivery and returns

We will do our best to dispatch your order on the day, if not the day after receipt of payment. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail second class. If you prefer delivery first class or next day an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.Delivery costa vary according to total weight of the shipment. It's best to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


Returns, Damaged or Faulty Items

All returns or exchanges must be received within 7 days in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us in advance to arrange refund or exchange

Refunds will be issued excluding postage costs. Exchanges will incur an additional postage charge to ship the new item.

Everything we ship is well packaged; however if anything does arrive damaged please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

If you receive an item delivered via courier or that requires a signature, please check that the item is in good condition before accepting.

In the case of damaged or incorrect orders, full refunds including postage costs will be issued or a replacement item (or part) will be shipped asap at no additional cost.

For your own protection we suggest you use a secure, signed for service when returning any item.

Credit and Debit card refunds can take 3-5 days to show on your account.
